Great gym! Troy continues to challenge me as I work towards my goals and he does a great job motivating myself an others when that extra push is needed. A real one on one training -Troy tailors my workouts for my body and push me to accomplish workout goals I never thought I could do at 44 years of age. I started training with Troy about 6 weeks ago after 25 years of neglecting my health and body. I was apprehensive about going to work out again after such a long time. Troy worked with me to make the process as smooth as possible, while remaining challenging. The workouts are difficult, but do-able and Troy knows how to motivate you to achieve your goals. I still have a long way to go, but am already feeling better and seeing a difference. I can't recommend VO2 Personal training enough.

Troy Zapp - Owner/Coach
Troy holds a B.S. in Exercise Science, a Nationally Accredited Personal Trainer Certification from A.C.E., and a PN Nutrition Certification.
Troy knew from a young age that he wanted to guide others to better health through proper nutrition habits and routine exercise.
In high-school he was devastated to find out his sister was bullied for being overweight.
Troy admits, "I instantly felt an enormous feeling of compassion for her. I was in great shape, had many friends from sports, and it never crossed my mind how hard life must have been for her." From that moment on, Troy knew what he wanted out of life. He wanted people to feel proud of their progress, feel good in their own skin, and show them that fitness can be fun.
Troy believes everyone deserves to live life to the fullest. He makes it a point to be more than just your trainer. His passion and sincerity shows by the way he cares and coaches each and every client. Troy promises to go above and beyond what is asked of him, to assure your goals will be achieved!
Sara Zapp - Owner/Nutritionist
Sara holds her nutrition certification from the Precision Nutrition Program. She has also belonged to the Stronger U Nutrition program for 3 years now, educating herself with some of the best dieticians and nutritionists around.
Besides being book smart, Sara believes it takes more than that to be a great nutritional coach. It takes empathy and compassion to understand what challenges you are constantly having to face in your day to day lives. Changing life long habits and making new ones last is certainly not an easy task, and no one can relate to that better than Sara.
Sara's passion for nutrition came from her own physical transformation story. She realized if she wanted to improve, she had to hold herself accountable in making changes and choices that reflected her goals. 
What better coach to guide you, than someone who has already lived through the same experiences. Sara can't wait for you to see what you are capable of doing both mentally and physically!
